    V&A/Obelis values its customers and respect their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about products, services, sales and specials. V&A/Obelis recognize that we must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide online to us to third parties.

  • Return Policy

     

    Customer satisfaction is V&A/Obelis primary concern. We have tried to put together a return policy that ensures customer satisfaction. In the event of a broken or damaged item, we will gladly ship a replacement item to you free of charge. We will also pay for the item to be returned to us at no cost to you.

     

    If you discover upon receipt, a damaged item, simply notify our customer service department at (800) 759-3460, give the order number, item number and we will arrange to have the item returned to us again at no cost to you and we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

     

    We are also aware that sometimes we are too busy to attend to these matters immediately, that is why we give you 30 days to notify our customer service department when you are in receipt of a damaged item. Unless the package is damaged, once opened, we cannot accept an item back.

     

    If you experience such circumstances where you have the wrong item, even if it was your fault, and you return unopened we will replace the item with a small shipping and handling charge.

  • Safe Shopping Guarantee

    We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and secure. The purchase area of our site is secure. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption. It's easy to tell when you are protected by encryption -- the lock or key at the bottom of your browser changes color or is no longer broken. This varies depending on your browser.

    Credit card fraud on the Internet is of great concern to us. If you experience fraudulent use of your credit card as a result of shopping with V&A Life Science Corporation or Obelis Skin, notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Most companies will either cover all of the fraudulent purchases or hold you liable for a maximum of $50. Should your credit card company discover credit card fraud and hold you liable for some portion of the unauthorized charges, there is no need to worry, provided the purchase was made through our secure server. V&A Life Science Corporation will reimburse you for the maximum liability of $50. This is standard practice on the Internet, and just part of the reason why people prefer shopping with us.

  • Shipping Policies

    We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three to six business days for delivery of items in stock. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together, We will notify you if any items cannot be shipped within 10 days, and you will be given the option to cancel your order. However, Items requiring a rush shipment will be assessed an additional $25.00 charge. Items are not charged to your credit card until shipped. For Canadian and international orders please call 800 759-3460 and someone from our sales department will call to help with your order.
